The winery is situated in the beautiful Uco Valley which is close to the Andes and is producing some of the best fruit in Argentina. This Cabernet is a blend of 85% Cabernet, 8% Merlot, and 7% Malbec and was fermented in stainless steel tanks, Aged in French and American oak for 8 – 10 months. The Uco Valley is in our opinion the new home of Cabernet as it combines the plumy fruit of the Napa with the poise and elegance of Bordeaux. A Superstar is Born!
