Larry Cherubino’s is still only in his mid thirties and is one of the brightest winemakers in Australia . He made his name as winemaker at Haughtons and is a privilege to have him on board. His Shiraz from his single vineyard collection called “The Yard” is an impressive debut if we may say so ourselves.
