Brits Jon and Liz Bowen are new producers who are making some outstanding wines in the wild hills of Corbieres. They have some of the oldest vines in the region at their disposal and this is helping them produce some extraordinary wines. Jon’s diverse background from winemaking in California to the Chef de Cave at Domaine Clavel have also help its stamp on the wines.
