Grape Type: Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc & Viognier

Producer: Chateau du Juge

This is a great alternative to the more expensive Sauterne or Barsac. This little sweetie is made from a blend of 90% Semillon, 5% Sauvignon and 5% Muscadelle. Noble rot was allowed to develop on the grapes before the grapes were picked. A good all round dessert wine that's great value for money.
