The Weegmuller sisters really know what they are doing when it comes to German sweeties. They farm organically and reduce their yields to increase the richness and intensity of all their wines. The grapes used here are heavily infected with botrytis which results in the wine being very high in residual sugar. The wine sees no oak which results in a wine which is unbelievably clean and fruity.
