Wine maker Brian Bicknell has done it again. This is a top draw single vineyard Sauvignon which is fermented in French oak, this gives the rich tropical fruit a wonderful creamy texture. We urge you not to be put off by the oak because the oak really takes this wine to another level. Rated 4.5 Stars by Michael Cooper in the 2009 edition of the Buyers Guide to New Zealand Wines.
